My-Rep is a digital service that allows users to upload or select and analyze their social media data using automated tools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

My-Rep provides automated analysis of user-provided data to identify potentially sensitive or harmful content.

The results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or reputational advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the service only on data you have the legal right to access and analyze

• Not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service

• Not to use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes

4. Privacy and Data Handling

My-Rep is designed to minimize data collection and does not require user accounts or identity information.

• We process only textual content extracted from a selected folder within a user-provided archive. Non-text elements such as code, tags, images, and other irrelevant data are not extracted or transmitted to our servers.

• Data is processed temporarily and solely for the purpose of generating your audit.

• Processing occurs securely on our servers.

• We do not store user content beyond the time required to complete processing, except for limited operational data (e.g., debugging, system stability, or support purposes) retained for a short period.

• We do not intentionally link analyzed content to personal identity.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which may collect personal data required to complete transactions.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

• these Terms

• Paddle’s terms and policies

We do not receive or store your payment details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the digital and on-demand nature of the service:

• refunds are generally not available once processing has started

• exceptions may apply in cases such as technical issues or billing errors

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided “as is”

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including payment processing by Paddle

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• these Terms are violated

• the service is misused

• required for legal, security, or operational reasons

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
