1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyRep (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MyRep provides an AI-powered analysis tool that reviews user-provided social media archive data and highlights content that may be considered sensitive, risky, or undesirable. The Service may include a browser extension to assist users in locating and managing such content on third-party platforms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• MyRep is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party platform, including but not limited to X (Twitter) or LinkedIn.

• The Service provides automated suggestions based on algorithmic analysis.

• The Service does not provide legal, professional, or reputational advice.

3. User Responsibility and Control

You retain full control over your data and actions at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing any audit results generated by the Service

• Deciding whether to act on such results

• Any actions taken on third-party platforms, including deleting or modifying content

MyRep does not take any action on your behalf unless explicitly initiated by you.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Assumption of Risk

Use of the Service in connection with third-party platforms may be subject to those platforms’ terms of service.

You acknowledge that:

• The use of browser extensions, automation tools, or bulk actions may violate third-party platform policies

• Such use may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service in connection with third-party platforms. MyRep is not responsible for any actions taken by such platforms.

5. Privacy and Data Handling (Zero-Footprint Commitment)

MyRep is designed with a privacy-first, minimal-retention architecture.

• Local Processing: Wherever technically feasible, data is processed locally in your browser

• Temporary Processing: When server-side processing is required, data is transmitted securely and processed transiently

• No Data Ownership: We do not claim ownership over your data

• No Data Sale or Training: Your data is not sold, shared, or used to train models

• Automatic Deletion: Uploaded data is automatically deleted from our processing systems within 24 hours of audit completion

• No Persistent Storage: We do not maintain long-term storage of user content or archives

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. No Guarantees

The Service is designed to assist in identifying potentially sensitive or risky content, but:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results

• We do not guarantee that all relevant or problematic content will be identified

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including reputational or professional outcomes

All results are informational only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRep disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Merchantability

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or reliability of results

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRep and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of reputation, income, business opportunities, or employment prospects

• Loss or alteration of data

• Actions taken by third-party platforms

Cap on Liability:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MyRep in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyRep and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party terms or rights

• Any actions you take based on the Service’s output

10. Fees and Refunds

Fees are charged based on the volume of data processed and/or services used.

Due to the immediate allocation of computing resources upon initiation of an audit:

• Fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Service

• Continued access may create legal or security risk

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
