1. Overview
My-Rep is designed with a privacy-first approach. We aim to minimize data collection and avoid storing personal identity or user content wherever possible.
2. Data We Process
User-Provided Content
When you use My-Rep, only textual content from a selected folder within a user-provided archive is extracted and processed to generate your audit.
We extract and analyze only relevant text content and associated metadata, such as the date of appearance.
Non-text data, including images, code, formatting data, and other non-relevant elements, is not extracted or transmitted to our servers and is not used in the analysis.
Processing occurs solely for the purpose of generating your audit report.
Processing occurs securely on our servers.
We do not store user content beyond the time required to complete processing. Limited operational data (e.g., for debugging, system stability, or support) may be retained for a short period where necessary.
Data is deleted after processing, subject to this limited operational retention.
Transaction Data
Payments are processed by Paddle, which may collect:
Billing details
Email address
Payment method information
We do not receive or store full payment details.
We may access limited transaction-related information (such as transaction ID, timestamp, and payment status) strictly for operational purposes.

9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with your current or recent use of the service by contacting us.
Since My-Rep does not retain user content beyond the time required to complete processing, deletion requests typically apply to any temporarily stored processing data, operational logs, or transaction-related identifiers that may still exist within limited retention periods.
